She began her entrepreneurial journey at just 21, and by 24, she had purchased and was running a 10-room Saks salon. For over a decade, Hollie built a thriving business while also serving as a national skincare trainer and educator for Saks.

Motivated by real results and long-term transformation, she rebranded her salon into a premium skin clinic—offering advanced skincare solutions and selling £2K+ bespoke programmes to a loyal, high-end clientele. Her success came from combining deep skin science, luxury service, and a business model designed to scale

Today, Hollie is the founder of a results-driven skincare training academy, OUR SKIN ACADEMY where she teaches professionals how to deliver powerful, skin transformations—while also mentoring them in business, strategy, and sustainable growth.
